Meeting the financing needs of business owners and investors is Ulrike's primary goal. Ulrike has been instrumental in the funding of over $220 million in loans. She is well versed in both conventional as well as SBA financing, with her primary focus on commercial real estate transactions.
Born, raised, and educated in Germany, Ulrike immigrated to the US in the eighties. She has worked in various areas of banking, but found her calling in business banking. She left Wells Fargo after 16 years and joined Bank of America as Vice President/Business Client Manager in 1999, California Bank & Trust in 2005, and Chase Bank in 2010. In 2013 she accepted a position as Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager for Community 1st Bank.
Ulrike has served as Vice President and later President on the Board of the Montessori Charter School in Grass Valley. She also volunteered for the Long Range Planning Committee of the Lake of the Pines Homeowners Association, Scooters Pals, a non-profit rescue organization, assisting with the rescue and placement of homeless dogs and most recently United Way with the recommendation of funding allocations to various non-profits.
Ulrike and her husband Paul are raising a young son in the Auburn area. She has two adult sons with degrees in finance and international business working in the banking and commercial real estate field.
Ulrike has a deep appreciation for the challenges that business owners face and prides herself in helping them reach their goals. She also truly enjoys working with investors and understands the value that investors bring to the economy.
