Mark A. Lund is a director and our President and Chief Executive Officer and resides in Auburn, California. Mr. Lund has acquired broad knowledge of banking over his 33-year banking career with a variety of community banks. Most recently, Mr. Lund was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Five Star Bank of Rocklin, California, from December 2000 to February 2004. Mr. Lund also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Five Star Bank from December 2000 to 2004. Prior to joining Five Star Bank, Mr. Lund served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Placer Sierra Bank from 1996 to 2000. From 1983 to 1996, Mr. Lund was Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for The Bank of Commerce, N.A.
Mr. Lund is active in many civic organizations. He was a director and the President of Auburn Host Lions Club, chairman of the Auburn Fourth of July Committee and ambassador for the Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce. He was active on many committees for the Auburn Faith Community Hospital. He served as a director and Chairman of the Board for Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and was a director of Mercy Healthcare Sacramento. He participated in the creation of the Nevada County Fair Lenders Action Group, a consortium of local financial institutions organized to encourage affordable housing projects. He currently serves as President of Creekhaven Homeowners Association. He is also an American Red Cross Disaster Volunteer.
Mr. Lund obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Personnel Management from California State University, Sacramento. He is an honors graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
Jeff T. Moore is Senior Vice President and our Chief Credit Officer and resides in Auburn, California. Mr. Moore has over 25 years of banking experience. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Five Star Bank from 2001 to 2005 and Five Star Bancorp from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Moore also served as one of Five Star Bank’s Co-Compliance Officers, its Community Reinvestment Act Officer and as a member of the Technology and Bank Secrecy Act Committees. Prior to joining Five Star Bank, Mr. Moore was with Placer Sierra Bank from 1996 to early 2001, where he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer in 1999. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Moore was with The Bank of Commerce, N.A., where he was promoted to Vice President and Interim Credit Administrator in 1996. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Moore worked as a Vice President and Commercial Lender with Sunrise Bank of California. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Moore was with The Bank of California, Sacramento Regional Office, where he was promoted to Vice President, Business Banking, in 1989. Mr. Moore began his banking career in 1980.
Mr. Moore is a member of the Auburn Gold Country Rotary Club, serving as its 2000-2001 President. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Chapter of The Risk Management Associates (RMA).
Mr. Moore graduated from the University of California, Davis, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Managerial Economics. Mr. Moore is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
James Kim is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and
resides in Roseville, California. Mr. Kim has over 6 years of banking
experience, prior to which Mr. Kim worked at the international business firm,
Arthur Andersen. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President and
Controller for North Valley Bank from 2005 to 2007. Prior to North Valley
Bank, Mr. Kim's experience includes working as the Controller for Calnet
Business Bank and Feather River State Bank.
Mr. Kim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
