Russell P. Baldo is a director and resides in Roseville, California. Mr. Baldo was a partner in the law firm of Chamberlain, Chamberlain & Baldo in Auburn from 1974 to 2006. Mr. Baldo was formerly a director at U.S. Bank of California and Heart Federal Savings and Loan Association. Mr. Baldo served as a director of the Placer County Bar Association from 1976 to 1980 and was the association’s President for the 1978-1979 term. Mr. Baldo is a former director and past President of the Placer County Legal Aid Society.

Since 1973, Mr. Baldo has been a member of the Auburn Host Lion’s Club, serving numerous terms as director and President. Mr. Baldo has been active in a number of civic organizations, including director positions on the Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Foundation, the Harry Rosenberry Foundation, the St. Joseph’s Parish School Board, the Mercy Foundation, Auburn Faith Community Hospital Foundation, the Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce and the Committee to Preserve the Courthouse.

Mr. Baldo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Lori Bluett resident of Granite Bay, California, is the owner of Bluett & Associates, Inc., a Real Estate Consulting Firm and is the CEO of Juno Commercial Real Estate, Inc, a Commercial Real Estate Management Firm, as well as a consulting Executive Director of Panattoni Development, Inc. Lori has extensive background in the management, leasing, asset management, controls and risk management of commercial properties.

Lori is active in many professional organizations such as BOMA, ACRE, ICSC, CREW, and SACTO. Lori’s first love is teaching and she continues to assist in the continuing education of Real Estate Professionals, teaching seminars and organizing educational programs. She is active with her Alma Mater, Sacramento State University.

Lori is deeply committed to both the community of Granite Bay and Sacramento at large. She volunteers at her local grade school, served as a Science and Art Docent, Room Mom and Team Manager. Lori served on the fund raising board for ALTA California Regional Center (ALTA), and currently serves as a Founding Board Member, Fundraising Chair and Executive Director for The Teachable Moment Foundation, a newly created drunk driving intervention and education program in California. Lori has received many prestigious awards throughout her career for both her professional contributions to the Real Estate Industry and her dedication to charity work.

Robert C. Haydon is the Chairman of the Board and resides in Auburn, California. Mr. Haydon has over 36 years of banking experience in Placer County. Mr. Haydon served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Sierra Bank, Auburn, California (and its predecessor Placer Savings and Loan Association), from 1994 to 2001. Mr. Haydon served on the Board of Directors of Placer Sierra Bank (and its predecessor Placer Savings and Loan Association) from 1989 to 2003. Mr. Haydon began his career in 1967 with Placer Savings and Loan Association and has served in a number of capacities. In 1989, Mr. Haydon was elected to the board of directors of Placer Savings and Loan Association and appointed Senior Executive Vice President in charge of operations.

Mr. Haydon has been active in many local charitable and civic organizations during his 36-year career in banking. He was the president of the following service clubs and organizations: Auburn Rotary Club, Auburn Hospital Foundation, Motherlode Youth and Family Services and the Auburn 20-30 Club. Mr. Haydon served on the Board of Directors and Advisory Boards for Sierra Business Council, Placer County United Way, Placer Union High School District Master Planning Committee and the Auburn Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Haydon is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow. Mr. Haydon is currently the President of Millertown Water Association, LLC, a neighborhood association formed for the construction of a neighborhood water treatment system.

Mr. Haydon graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Economics. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Savings and Loan Administration at the University of Texas, Austin.

Mark A. Lund is a director and our President and Chief Executive Officer and resides in Auburn, California. Mr. Lund has acquired broad knowledge of banking over his 33-year banking career with a variety of community banks. Mr. Lund was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Five Star Bank of Rocklin, California, from December 2000 to February 2004, and served as a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Five Star Bank, Mr. Lund served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Placer Sierra Bank from 1996 to 2000. From 1983 to 1996, Mr. Lund was Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for The Bank of Commerce, N.A.

Mr. Lund is active in many civic organizations. He served as a Director and President of Auburn Host Lions Club, Chairman of the Auburn Fourth of July Committee and ambassador for the Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce. He served on committees for Auburn Faith Community Hospital, served as Chairman of the Board for Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and as a director of Mercy Healthcare Sacramento. He participated in the creation of the Nevada County Fair Lenders Action Group, a consortium of local financial institutions organized to encourage affordable housing projects, and served as President of Creekhaven Homeowners Association. He is an American Red Cross Disaster Volunteer. Mr. Lund is a member of the California Bankers Association Roundtable for legislative policy, and is a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce. He serves as a Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Auburn.

Mr. Lund obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Personnel Management from California State University, Sacramento. He is an honors graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

William Papola, Jr., is a director and Vice Chairman of our Board of Directors, resides in Grass Valley, California. Mr. Papola is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Network Real Estate, a full-service real estate company, which he founded in 1983. Mr. Papola is a current member and past board member of the Nevada County Board of Realtors. Mr. Papola is also the owner of Baccarat Farms in Grass Valley, California, a breeding and training facility for Morgan Horses. From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Papola was a board member of Westmark Financial Mortgage Banking Company.

Mr. Papola is an active member and a Past President of the Grass Valley Sportsman Club. He is a member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Nevada County and the San Francisco University Club. He is a founder and past director of the Nevada County Law Enforcement and Fire Council.

Mr. Papola is a graduate of California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo, where he obtained a Bachelor degree in Science and Animal Husbandry and a Masters degree in Agriculture & Animal Science.

Robert Sinclair Mr. Sinclair is a practicing attorney in the Roseville office of Sinclair Wilson.

Mr. Sinclair received a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, in 1974. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Santa Clara, School of Law, in 1977. Mr. Sinclair limits his practice to matters involving commercial and residential real estate and development, including both transactions and litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sinclair served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. William P. Clark Jr., Associate Justice, California Supreme Court.

Mr. Sinclair was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, in 1978. He is a current member of the Placer County Bar Association, having served as its President in 1983.

Mr. Sinclair has been a member of the Rotary Club of Roseville since 1979, and a founding director of the Rotary Club of Roseville Foundation. He served as President in 1993 – 1994 and was selected as an Outstanding Roseville Rotarian in 1998. Mr. Sinclair is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow. He has been a member of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce since 1979, having served as its President in 2006.

Mr. Sinclair lives in Rocklin with his wife Christine.

Michael Wilson is the President and Managing CPA for Wilson, Wilson & Taylor, CPAs. Founded in 1974, the firm is the longest established CPA practice in Auburn, CA. Prior to joining Wilson, Wilson & Taylor, Mr. Wilson worked for the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP as a business assurance consultant.

Mr. Wilson has been active in many charitable and civic organizations during his accounting career. Mr. Wilson has served as a Director and President of the Auburn Rotary Club, the Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Foundation, and the Placer community Action Council. He also served on the Board of Habitat for Humanity and the Active 20-30 Club of Sacramento. Mr. Wilson is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and was selected as Rotarian of the Year.

Mr. Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, and obtained his Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Mr. Wilson is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
